Job Description
This role is for a Technical System Planner specializing in Building Services Engineering in Bochum, Germany. You'll be responsible for creating and detailing 2D/3D designs and construction documents for technical building equipment. This includes using CAD software for plans and schematics, performing load calculations and pipe sizing, and developing and managing BIM/3D models. Coordination with project stakeholders and quality assurance are also key parts of the job.
To be successful, you should have a completed apprenticeship as a Technical System Planner or Technical Draftsman with practical experience in building services.
