Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in the Riyadh Region. This role involves closely overseeing construction work, particularly architectural finishes and MEP systems, ensuring everything aligns with design and shop drawings. You'll also be involved in developing construction details and coordinating with suppliers and contractors for materials and quotes.
This position offers the chance to contribute to project cost estimation and control, as well as participate in value engineering to enhance cost, quality, and buildability. You'll also conduct market research and benchmark contractor pricing, especially for MEP and finishing trades, while assisting with project planning and reporting.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with at least five years of construction project experience, ideally with high-end finishes. Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and contract documents is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and value engineering principles is also required, alongside solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
