Job Description
This company is looking for a Building Envelope Project Engineer in Portland, Maine. You'll be working on investigating and fixing existing buildings, as well as designing new facades, roofing, and waterproofing systems. The projects are diverse, ranging from cultural institutions to historic high-rises.
You'll manage projects from start to finish, including assessments, report writing, and construction phase services. This involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other internal teams. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD is essential, with experience in other software being a plus.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, over 5 years of experience with building envelope systems, and a knack for detail and client communication, this could be a great fit.
