Job Description
The company is looking for a Composite Aerostructure Designer to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves ensuring that the design of primary and secondary structures, as well as system installations, meets all technical requirements. You'll be making key technical decisions regarding design, manufacturing, installation, and verification of parts and assemblies.
You will also be responsible for developing and verifying test plans, analyzing results, and preparing technical deliverables according to client and company standards. This includes managing configuration and providing technical visibility to management and the program team, as well as supporting the resolution of non-conformities and assembly line issues.
A background in mechanical or aeronautical engineering is required, along with knowledge of composite and metallic structures, aeronautical design processes, and proficiency in Catia/Enovia and Fibersim. Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
