Job Description
This role is for a Substation Project Engineer in Woodinville, Washington. The company is looking for someone to support the design and delivery of substation projects, particularly for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage systems. You'll be involved in creating design deliverables, performing engineering calculations, and coordinating with project teams.
You'll have the chance to work closely with senior engineers, developing your technical skills across various substation projects. This position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement, with a preference for candidates located near one of their offices.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, 4-8 years of experience in substation design, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with renewable energy projects and design tools like EasyPower or ETAP is a plus.
