Job Description
The company is looking for a Reality Capture BIM and Design Engineer to join their Tech Transformation team. This role involves taking 3D scans and turning them into BIM models, identifying clashes, and generating reports. You'll be working with various engineering disciplines to solve complex spatial challenges.
You'll use tools like Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and ReCap to create and manage 3D environments. A key part of this role is coordinating with different teams to prevent installation errors and optimize designs for faster deployment and lower costs.
This position requires you to develop automated workflows and tools to improve efficiency in processing point cloud data and scaling automation across multiple projects. You'll also create simulations to validate installation sequences and analyze material movement paths.
