Job Description
This company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. You'll be managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they stay on budget and meet quality standards.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities, negotiating with suppliers, and forecasting project costs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and advising on cost-saving measures.
The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and 2-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally with high-rise building experience. You'll be working closely with the design team, sales team, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
