Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Kochi, Kerala, India. This role focuses on converting scan data into BIM models, a crucial step in bringing real-world conditions into the digital design environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP services, creating models at various levels of detail, and generating construction and shop drawings. You'll also be involved in developing as-built models and performing clash detection to ensure project accuracy.
