The company is looking for a Project Engineer in Lafayette, Indiana. This role is all about making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be involved in planning, managing contract administration, and overseeing all the on-site activities to ensure everything is completed on time and to high standards. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and trade contractors. This involves building strong relationships and communicating effectively to keep everyone informed and aligned. You'll also work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and resolve any construction challenges that arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable with technology. While a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
