Job Description
This role involves supporting the project manager with the control of FACTS systems, covering everything from initial concepts and drawings to software, calculations, studies, and documentation. You'll also be involved in site commissioning, ensuring technical accuracy, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating quality assurance, conducting tests and acceptances, and directly addressing technical queries with clients. You'll define the scope and solutions for your area, considering related project aspects, and document the commissioning process. This also includes updating documentation, training client personnel, and conducting necessary training sessions.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical Power Engineering, along with initial practical or professional experience in automation or control technology. Familiarity with control systems like Matlab Simulink, Simatic Step7, or PCS 7, along with proficient MS Office skills and strong German and English language abilities, are essential.
