This role is for a Senior Estimator specializing in track and civil infrastructure projects in Montreal. You'll be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for major rail and civil works, including track systems, earthworks, and structures. This involves analyzing project plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models, and developing unit rates.
You should have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with 8 to 12 years of experience in estimating heavy civil construction and rail infrastructure projects. A solid understanding of railway systems and civil construction practices is essential.
