This role is for an experienced Substation Design Engineer to work on renewable energy projects. The engineer will be responsible for the complete design and engineering of high-voltage substations, up to 400kV, for solar and wind farms. This includes creating single line diagrams, layout plans, and performing detailed electrical calculations for various components. The position requires a strong understanding of substation design principles, including both Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) systems. The engineer will also ensure all designs meet regulatory standards and collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines and project management to ensure seamless project execution.
