Job Description
This role involves the technical oversight and regular assessment of existing properties, including evaluating their structural condition. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction and service projects for maintenance and renovations, managing everything from cost estimation to completion and billing. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards, as well as managing maintenance and statutory inspections, will also be key.
The position requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or building services engineering, or a qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman. Previous experience in the technical management and operation of existing properties, along with planning and executing maintenance work, is essential. Familiarity with construction contract and building law, along with MS Office proficiency, is expected.
