Job Description
The company is looking for a TGA Calculator to join their team in Düsseldorf. This role involves taking responsibility for the cost estimation of turnkey construction projects in the building sector. You'll be responsible for determining quantities and preparing specifications based on tender documents, as well as obtaining and evaluating quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
In this position, you will also conduct award negotiations with clients and subcontractors. A key part of the role includes identifying and assessing opportunities, risks, and cost increases, along with preparing supplementary cost calculations in collaboration with the operational project teams. You will also work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, planners, and subcontractors.
Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, along with several years of experience in estimating for turnkey construction projects. While knowledge of BIM, 3D modeling, and estimation software like Nemetschek Allplan is a plus, strong technical and economic understanding, along with proficiency in MS Office, is essential. Fluent German and good English skills are also required.
