Job Description
This role is about contributing to the engineering studies for the EPR2 nuclear projects, specifically focusing on the general installation of piping, HVAC, and electrical systems, as well as handling challenges related to lifting and moving equipment. You'll be coordinating technical studies, managing input data from various engineering teams, and ensuring the 3D model accurately reflects the project's requirements.
You will also be responsible for the layout and management of the 3D model, working closely with designers using tools like PDMS/E3D. This involves verifying the consistency between mechanical diagrams and the 3D model, and regularly updating its status. A key part of the job is managing multi-disciplinary interfaces and participating in design reviews to ensure the overall installation design is validated.
The company is looking for an engineer with a Master's degree or equivalent, and 3 to 7 years of experience in general installation engineering, project engineering, or technical coordination. Strong skills in 3D model management (PDMS, E3D, etc.), configuration management, and handling technical interfaces are essential. You should be fluent in French and have a working knowledge of English, as you'll be leading technical meetings.
