Job Description
The company is looking for a Process Safety Engineer specializing in refrigeration to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves contributing to process risk analyses, safety management programs, and the safe design of ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems for clients in the food, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors.
You'll be involved in planning and leading risk assessment sessions like HAZOP and LOPA, reviewing process diagrams, and preparing technical reports. The position also includes supporting clients' Process Safety Management programs and conducting site inspections. A degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and at least two years of experience in process safety or industrial refrigeration are required.
