Job Description
The company is looking for a Facilities Engineer in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. This role is a key part of the Maintenance Team, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
In this position, you'll use engineering principles to drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You'll also support the capital investment plan and manage external contractors, collaborating with EHS, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams.
The role involves identifying opportunities for improvement by tracking site metrics, researching best practices for reducing energy and water consumption, and managing capital projects from justification to completion. You'll also be involved in asset lifecycle planning and maintaining detailed equipment and building layouts.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5 years of industrial experience, and a knack for project management, this could be a great fit.
