Job Description
The company is looking for a Solar Project Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from initial design and engineering through to site supervision, testing, and commissioning. You'll be responsible for designing rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport systems, including equipment selection, layout creation, and preparing Bills of Quantity.
You'll also be involved in site visits, feasibility studies, and understanding customer requirements. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with customers, contractors, and suppliers on all technical aspects, ensuring projects meet local standards. This includes managing detailed design, approvals, construction, installation, and supporting contractors with their daily tasks.
A strong understanding of PVSyst and Helioscope software is essential, along with knowledge of conducting all necessary tests for solar project execution. The company requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, and a minimum of two years of experience in Solar EPC. Fluency in both English and Arabic is also a must.
