Job Description
This role involves coordinating and integrating building technology requirements into overall project concepts. You'll be analyzing existing documentation, developing design drafts for building and plant layouts, and ensuring media routing is incorporated.
The position also requires managing structural engineering coordination and handling building and drainage permit applications. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and overseeing construction execution, including cost control and change order management.
A background in civil engineering, building technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in construction planning is needed. Strong German language skills are essential, with good English proficiency and a willingness to travel internationally.
