Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior BIM Engineer specializing in Mechanical Design to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves leading the shop drawing process from start to finish, ensuring all mechanical systems meet client requirements and are safe and functional. You'll be using Revit extensively to create and review detailed construction plans.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing project needs, optimizing designs for performance and cost, and providing expert knowledge on mechanical systems like HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing. You'll also be involved in material selection, managing drawing revisions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address technical challenges and ensure quality.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10-15 years of experience in design, troubleshooting, and compliance.
