Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Engineer to join their team in Dunwoody, Georgia. You'll be working on a large-scale data center program, using Autodesk Revit 2025 to create and advance design models. The goal is to produce coordinated, construction-ready submittals and as-built documentation, all within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) VDC environment.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in authoring BMS/EPMS systems directly in Revit and integrating these designs into the ACC workflow. This role requires a blend of controls engineering understanding and BIM coordination expertise, especially within the demanding environment of data center projects where accuracy and timeliness are crucial for successful commissioning.
You should have over 5 years of Revit design experience, with a background in BIM modeling or mechanical/electrical design using Revit. Experience collaborating with controls engineers and a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and control schematics are essential. Previous experience in hyperscale data centers or similar mission-critical facilities, along with familiarity with BIM coordination and ACC workflows, would be highly beneficial.
