A key part of the role is also integrating sustainable practices and managing documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or data centre sectors, with strong knowledge of design, technical, and construction aspects. Proficiency in BIM and Revit is essential, along with experience in leading meetings and coordinating team members.
