Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Offers Technician to join their International Projects Unit in Madrid. This role involves preparing technical and commercial offers for HVAC industrial projects. You'll be analyzing client requests, developing optimal technical solutions, and estimating project costs.
Your responsibilities will include performing preliminary technical calculations, such as HVAC loads and psychrometrics, and obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. You will also prepare technical reports and economic proposals, and manage the technical-commercial follow-up of bids.
This position requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC offer preparation and installation calculations. Knowledge of thermodynamic calculations and Revit is a plus, as is experience in cleanrooms or the pharmaceutical sector. An intermediate-advanced level of English is also required.
