Job Description
This role is for a Revit/BIM/Stratus Engineer based in Mount Vernon, New York, with work also on project sites across the NY Metro area. The position involves supporting digital construction workflows, focusing on developing and managing 3D models using Revit, BIM 360, and Stratus Fabrication.
The engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining MEP system models in Revit, ensuring they align with company and project BIM standards. This includes linking models with Stratus for seamless coordination with shop drawings and field installation, as well as producing construction documents and schedules directly from the BIM environment.
Key responsibilities also include managing BIM workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud, integrating data between various software, and supporting preconstruction teams with model-based quantity takeoffs. The role requires providing technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and contributing to the optimization of digital fabrication processes.
