Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Engineer in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. You'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering BIM models, focusing on MEP services. This involves using Navisworks for clash detection and leading coordination meetings with various stakeholders.
You will also ensure models adhere to project standards and the BIM Execution Plan. The role requires you to work closely with design and site teams to resolve issues, and you'll be using Revit for MEP design and documentation. There's also an opportunity to contribute to improving BIM processes.
To be successful, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, be registered with BEM, and have at least two years of design experience with a strong BIM focus. Hands-on experience with Revit, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Navisworks is essential, along with experience in building projects and good communication skills.
