Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Engineer to join their team in Qesm El Giza, Egypt. This role involves creating and managing detailed architectural BIM models and project documentation, making sure everything aligns with project needs, client expectations, and BIM Execution Plans. The focus is on technical quality, coordinating models, and guiding the BIM team to deliver projects successfully.
You'll be responsible for developing and coordinating architectural BIM models, performing multidisciplinary coordination to resolve clashes, and producing drawings and schedules from the models. This position also requires supporting and mentoring the BIM team, conducting model reviews, and ensuring model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in architectural BIM, with a proven track record of delivering projects up to LOD 400 and LOD 500. Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC are essential, along with excellent coordination and communication abilities.
