Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Engineer to lead the development and coordination of BIM models for architectural projects. This role involves ensuring models meet project specifications and BIM Execution Plans, focusing on technical quality and coordination.
You'll be responsible for creating and managing architectural BIM models, performing clash detection using tools like Navisworks, and generating project documentation. A key part of this position is guiding and supporting the BIM team, ensuring high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
This opportunity is for someone with at least five years of experience in architectural BIM, proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Experience delivering projects to LOD 400 and LOD 500 is essential, along with strong coordination and communication abilities.
