The company is looking for an Area 3 Field Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading a team of Field Engineers and providing technical oversight for various aspects of construction, including work planning, material management, safety, and quality control. You'll be ensuring that all field engineering activities are conducted safely, completely, and in line with project standards and requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing contractors, coordinating with engineering teams, and monitoring contractor performance. This includes managing schedules, costs, and change orders. The role also requires leading technical coordination with stakeholders and ensuring that construction work fronts are continuously available by assessing look-ahead schedules and resource plans. This position requires a bachelor's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of work experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.
