Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Engineering Specialist to join their Product Development team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in launching new vehicle programs, ensuring a smooth transition from design to mass production. You'll be hands-on with 3D modeling, prototyping, and working with various manufacturing processes.
This position involves designing and developing 3D models, considering fabrication and manufacturing methods, and assisting in the creation of prototype vehicles. You'll also be responsible for preparing manufacturing documentation and collaborating with suppliers. Familiarity with Solidworks, modern manufacturing techniques, and 3D printing is essential.
If you have a Mechanical Engineering degree, 4+ years of 3D modeling and FEA experience, and a passion for bringing designs to life, this could be a great fit.
