Job Description
This role is for a Senior Associate with a strong background in flood and stormwater modelling. You'll be building and reviewing 2D hydraulic models, interpreting outputs, and contributing to technical reports that influence project decisions. The focus is on technical problem-solving rather than project management, with opportunities to work on diverse projects including catchment-scale overland flow, floodplain management, and infrastructure.
You should have a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, with 6-20 years of experience using hydraulic or hydrological models like TUFLOW, MIKE, or HEC-RAS, and be comfortable with GIS. The company values accuracy and offers technical mentorship and scope for growth into technical leadership.
