Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Project Engineer in Weston, Massachusetts, to join their team. This role involves working closely with various departments like Development, Construction, and Procurement to ensure the quality of engineering deliverables throughout project lifecycles. You'll be managing external engineers, reviewing designs, and coordinating technical packages for construction.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing change requests, providing technical leadership, and standardizing engineering solutions. You'll also participate in factory acceptance tests and collaborate with the Engineer of Record and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7-12 years of relevant experience are essential. Experience in the energy sector, particularly with renewable energy projects, is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work environment with some travel required.
