Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Inspector in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring all architectural aspects of a project align with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. You'll be reviewing contractor documents, monitoring quality control, and ensuring safety compliance on-site.
Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections for architectural works and finishes, performing or evaluating tests, and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary. You will also maintain site records, prepare daily logs and reports, and coordinate with the site team to meet contractual obligations.
This position requires at least 7 years of experience in construction supervision with a consultancy, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in the UAE, and experience in architectural projects.
