Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Inspector in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role involves ensuring all architectural aspects of a project align with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. You'll be reviewing contractor documents, monitoring quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Your day-to-day will include site inspections, evaluating architectural finishes and building components, and coordinating with the team to meet contractual obligations. You'll also be responsible for issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assisting with corrective actions, as well as maintaining detailed site records and progress reports.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in building construction. If you have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of architectural construction, this could be a great fit.
