Job Description
This role involves ensuring mechanical installations like HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection meet design, specification, and safety standards. You'll conduct on-site inspections, review shop drawings, and report any non-compliance.
You will monitor work quality, assess site safety, and maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress. This position also requires coordinating with other disciplines and providing technical expertise to resolve site issues.
The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience with a relevant degree, including at least 7 years in a similar role on building projects, with the last 5 years in Abu Dhabi. Experience with mall/retail projects and knowledge of UAE codes are essential.
