This role is for an Interior Design Inspector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves overseeing all interior works on-site, ensuring they meet the approved design, specifications, and quality standards. You'll be the lead consultant's eyes and ears, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any site issues and verify the quality of workmanship and materials. You'll be responsible for leading inspection activities, managing the inspection team, and ensuring all procedures are followed. This includes reviewing contractor submissions, conducting site inspections, and maintaining detailed records of progress and any non-conformances. A key part of the job is ensuring that the final interior outcomes align perfectly with the project's vision. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of site-based experience in interior design supervision and quality control, ideally on large-scale projects. Proficiency in software like Aconex, Bluebeam, and various snagging tools is essential, with Revit knowledge being a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for coordinating with diverse teams and reporting effectively.
