Job Description
The company is looking for an Inspector Civil/Finishing to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of all civil and finishing works on construction projects. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with project teams and contractors.
Your day-to-day will include verifying that all work meets approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations. You'll also need to identify any deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and communicate inspection results clearly to management and stakeholders. A key part of this role is ensuring adherence to safety protocols and resolving any construction-related issues that arise.
To be successful, you'll need a degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field, with 6-7 years of experience in building construction, specifically in civil engineering inspection or site supervision. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of construction materials and methods are essential, as is experience with projects in the UAE or Middle East.
