Job Description
The company is seeking a Quality Assurance Architect to join their team in Riyadh. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of architectural quality and workmanship on fit-out and Design & Build projects. You'll be responsible for monitoring all architectural works, conducting site inspections, and reviewing crucial project documents like shop drawings and material submittals.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating with various project stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues, paying close attention to details in finishes, joinery, flooring, and other interior elements. You will also play a key part in the snagging and handover process, maintaining comprehensive quality documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and company procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in architectural QA/QC, particularly within fit-out or Design & Build environments. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and over five years of relevant experience are required, along with a solid understanding of construction details and quality control processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit/BIM knowledge being an advantage.
