Job Description
The company is looking for a Validation Lead with 2-6 years of experience to join their team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. This role focuses on the site installation and measurement stage, requiring technical knowledge in modular construction, civil work, and measurement.
In this position, you will be responsible for validating drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and site conditions. You'll need to understand drawings across various disciplines, including modular, furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing, and verify the quantities in the BOQ. A key part of the job involves identifying design discrepancies, anticipating execution risks, and ensuring all necessary items are included in the BOQ.
The ideal candidate will finalize the BOQ after resolving design issues and conducting thorough site validation, delivering error-free validation reports within the agreed service level agreements. A Diploma or B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required, along with at least 3 years of contracting experience in residential or commercial projects. Strong skills in assessing design feasibility, visualizing site conditions, and foreseeing execution risks are essential, as is a proactive approach, high ownership, and good communication.
