This position requires a good understanding of construction contract administration and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. To be successful, you'll need a diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, along with at least four years of experience in municipal or heavy-civil construction inspection. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with experience in PDF markup tools, is essential. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations is also important.
