Job Description
This role is for a QA/QC Engineer focusing on Mechanical (MEP) systems in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company is looking for someone to ensure that all mechanical installations, such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, meet project specifications and industry standards.
You'll be reviewing and approving important documents like method statements and inspection plans. Your day-to-day will involve conducting site inspections, verifying compliance with codes like ASHRAE and NFPA, and coordinating with various stakeholders including consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality matters.
The position also requires meticulous documentation, including inspection reports and test certificates. You'll be identifying any issues, raising non-conformance reports, and tracking their resolution. This role is key to ensuring the successful testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
