Job Description
The company is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join their site supervision team for a significant villa development in Dubai. This role involves ensuring that mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, meet all project specifications and relevant standards.
You'll be responsible for reviewing contractor submissions, witnessing system testing and commissioning, and meticulously documenting any non-conformances. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and UAE construction regulations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and contractors.
If you have a solid background in mechanical inspection, particularly within residential or large-scale developments, and are looking for a challenging role in Dubai, this opportunity could be a great fit.
