Job Description
The company is looking for a Specialist Engineer to focus on Quality Assurance and Testing within their Global Data Center Segment. This role involves developing and implementing global strategies for quality assurance and testing across various stages of post-order execution. The engineer will be responsible for defining test plans, ensuring quality controls are embedded throughout the process, and validating deliverables before they reach the customer.
This position requires identifying and mitigating execution risks, driving root cause analysis for any quality issues, and ensuring consistent application of quality practices across different regions. The engineer will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, project management, and services, to align quality expectations with actual execution. A key part of the role is analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks, with at least eight years of progressive experience in complex, global environments. Experience supporting large engineered solutions or capital projects, particularly within data centers or critical power infrastructure, is highly valued. Familiarity with quality standards like ISO and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is also important.
