Job Description
This role is about overseeing the technical execution of large-scale construction projects in the Frankfurt area, specifically focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of these projects, managing budgets, and handling any cost or change orders that arise. It involves coordinating effectively between different trades to keep everything on track.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC, energy technology, or building services, likely with a Meister or Techniker qualification.
