Job Description
This role is for a Building Science Project Technologist in Richmond, BC. You'll be involved in property condition assessments and building science, focusing on practical solutions to improve building performance and durability.
Your day-to-day will include conducting site assessments, writing technical reports, and liaising with clients and contractors. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge of construction and building systems.
The company is looking for someone with a degree or diploma in Engineering or Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with ASTM standards for property condition assessments and commercial building inspection experience would be beneficial.
