Job Description
The company is looking for a Landscape Architect to help communities and industrial prospects understand the potential of specific sites. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to create compelling visual plans that highlight a site's suitability for development.
You'll be responsible for conducting thorough site analyses, including soil, slope, and drainage assessments, as well as reviewing zoning regulations. The job also entails performing grading estimates, planning for competing land uses, and developing master plans for industrial parks and individual parcels. Proficiency in current computer applications for site planning and the ability to render designs in 2-D and 3-D are key.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and at least four years of experience in site planning. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
