The company is seeking a BIM Lead for a 12-month contract on a significant new pharmaceutical facility project in Ohio. This role is crucial for integrating BIM and VDC coordination across the project, ensuring seamless collaboration between contractors, designers, and the wider project team.
You'll be responsible for verifying construction progress and site conditions against BIM models through regular field walks, utilizing advanced digital tools for documentation. A key part of the role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights into project progress and analytics.
