The company is seeking a BIM/VDC Lead to oversee BIM execution on significant electrical construction projects. This role involves leading coordination efforts that directly influence project safety, efficiency, and installation success.
In this position, you will act as the main BIM authority for your projects, connecting design, project management, and field operations. You'll guide modeling and coordination, manage BIM resources, and ensure construction drawings are accurate and ready for installation, blending technical skill with leadership and construction knowledge.
You will lead BIM coordination meetings, manage workloads for BIM specialists, and review models for accuracy and constructability. Collaboration with project managers and field leadership to solve challenges and support prefabrication through detailed modeling will be key.
If you have a strong background in BIM within electrical or MEP construction, with experience in the Mission Critical sector and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, this could be your next step.
