Job Description
The company is seeking an Electrical BIM Lead to guide the creation of complex Electrical BIM models for significant construction projects across the United States. This role involves leading and supporting the development of these models, ensuring quality through model reviews and clash detection, and mentoring other BIM team members.
You'll be responsible for coordinating with other BIM trades, preparing essential BIM documents like reports and shop drawings, and working daily with Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. A key part of the role is also improving existing workflows and communication processes with client BIM teams.
This opportunity is for someone with at least four years of experience in Electrical BIM, a strong grasp of electrical systems, and advanced Revit skills with an electrical specialization. Experience with Navisworks for coordination, familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam, and a proven ability to manage a team on at least two completed projects are also important.
