Job Description
This role is for a BIM Lead in Goodyear, Arizona. You'll be using Revit extensively for modeling, setting up projects, managing files, families, schedules, and worksets. You'll also be working with AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
The position involves extracting detailed information from BIM models to create dimensioned shop drawings for field installation and prefabrication, and producing as-built record drawings at project completion. Experience with electrical design or construction, particularly cable trays and conduit, is a plus, especially for mission-critical projects like data centers.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a flexible start time and the option for on-site work in a trailer or at the office.
