Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Lead in Goodyear, Arizona. This role involves using Revit and Navisworks extensively for modeling, setting up projects, and extracting detailed information. You'll be responsible for creating dimensioned shop drawings for installation and as-built record drawings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of BIM design experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience in electrical design or construction, specifically with cable trays and conduit, is also required, along with at least one project involving clash detection in Navisworks. Experience with mission-critical projects like data centers or semiconductor facilities is a plus.
This is a contract-to-hire position with a flexible start time and the option for on-site work in a trailer or the office.
